Evan Turner and the majority of the Kentucky basketball teams declared themselves for the NBA Draft, even though they had college eligibility left.  Turner is a junior and played for Ohio State, and is regarded as a top-five pick in next year’s draft.  Kentucky is losing five of their key contributors from their Elite 8 team this past season.  John Wall and DeMarcus Cousins are both freshman and leaving to the draft, where they are also projected to be top picks.  They are also losing freshman Eric Bledsoe, freshman Daniel Orton, and junior Patrick Patterson, all who are projected to go somewhere towards the end of the first round.  This plus the departure of their three seniors leaves Kentucky with only five returning players from this past season’s roster.
